SERVICE REOPENING JULY 12th

WE'RE GATHERING TOGETHER AGAIN--HERE'S HOW:

WHEN: Our first services will be Sunday July 12th at 9am and 12:15* Yes, 12:15 is correct! We've moved the second service back an hour in order to deep clean in between services.

HOW: There will be a limited capacity for each service in order to comply with social distancing guidelines. In order to attend, you must register through Eventbrite in order to secure seats for you and your family.

WHAT WE ASK YOU TO DO:
Registration:

  • You must register to attend the service.
  • If you are sick, do not come. Enjoy virtual service from home
  • If you are high risk, consider not coming. If you do, take appropriate precautions.
  • Arrival:

  • Enter from the far right doors (when facing the stage)
  • Please arrive on time. (After 9:10am or 12:25pm you may forfeit your seat to a walk-up)
  • Be prepared to show your Eventbrite confirmation if asked
  • Ushers will assist in seating 
  • Only use bathrooms on the right side of lobby (facing the stage)
  • Environment in the Sanctuary:

  • Enter sanctuary from doors on the right side only (facing the stage)
  • If you bring your children they will need to remain with you the entire time
  • For this season remain in your seats during service
  • We have removed seats to facilitate a measure of social distancing 
  • We will dismiss service in an orderly fashion. Congregating in the lobby will not be permitted. If you attend the 9am service, we ask that you exit the building by 11am so we can prepare for the next service. Doors will open at 12pm for the 12:15pm service. 
  • Be mindful of appropriate social distancing. There will be some that feel comfortable with a hug or elbow bump, just don’t assume they are. Ask first.

    WHAT WE WILL DO:
    Cleanliness:

  • There will be hand sanitizing stations outside of the bathrooms and in the lobby for your convenience. 
  • Before and after services, we will be sanitizing the entire sanctuary and bathrooms.
  • Social Distancing Precautions: 

  • We ask that there be no congregating in the building before or after service
  • Water fountains will be closed
  • Limit bathroom use to every other stall or urinal. We will have an usher at the bathroom door entrance to monitor.
  • We encourage these best practices: wearing a mask, social distancing and hand sanitizing. However, we will not be policing these measures so if you are uncomfortable, please feel free to enjoy the service virtually from home.
  • Amenities & Surfaces:

  • Water fountains will be closed
  • Information cards and pens will be removed from the backs of chairs
  • There will be signage for closing water fountains, washing hands, sanitizing, social distancing, etc

    FAQ

    Q: What precautions are you encouraging?

    A: We encourage these best practices: wearing a mask, social distancing and hand sanitizing. However, we will not be policing these measures so if you are uncomfortable, please feel free to enjoy the service virtually from home.

    Q: How many people will be allowed in the building?

    A: In order to follow health guidelines, we are reopening services with a limited capacity of around 300 per service. We've removed half the chairs in the sanctuary to enable better social distancing.

    Q: Who has to register?

    A: For all services moving forward, registration is required for attendance, including each individual adult, child and staff member.

    Q: What happens if the service fills up?

    A: Once registration is full, the Eventbrite form will close. If you weren't able to secure a reservation, please enjoy service from home through the livestream for that week. If your desired service fills up, please let us know by emailing info@mynewbridge.church and you will get early access to the following week's registration.

    Q: Can I bring my children to service?

    A: Children are allowed to attend service but must be registered and stay with parents at all times. Please note that children's ministry will not resume in person until August 9th
